About Hannah
I am a Registered Associate Counselor based in Oregon.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and personalized, weaving together elements of person-centered, humanistic, narrative, existentialism, attachment theory, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). This diverse blend of modalities allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
At the core of my practice is the belief that the therapeutic alliance—that is, the relationship between therapist and client—is foundational to the process of healing and growth. It is within this relationship that I strive to create a compassionate, supportive, and empathetic space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
I specialize in helping adults of all ages navigate a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, existential questions, interpersonal and relationship issues, transitions, adjustments, and more. My aim is to work collaboratively with you, drawing on your strengths and resilience, to explore your experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and foster a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
